Please help Mr. Late Night in all the work that he do. I see that he's a hardworking person and he's doing his best to be good at his work. Though it seems that for his manager, he is not growing, help him Lord with Your infinite knowledge and wisdom to excel. Let him be the instrument to magnify Your glory and power.
